It is a vitamin and amino acid supplement specially formulated to support the healthy growth and development of plants. Glycine is one of the most widely used amino acids in plant nutrition. Exogenous application of amino acids increases the nitrogen status and concentration of mineral elements in plant tissues. Myo-inositol, has important roles in the growth and development of plants, including cell wall biosynthesis, stress response, phosphate storage, Osmo tolerance, cell-to-cell communication, and storage and transport of plant growth regulators (PGRs) or plant hormones. Nicotinic acid, protects against plant cell leakage and DNA damage. It increases aconitase and fumarase activities. Pyridoxine, plays important roles as a cofactor in a number of biochemical reactions. Additionally, Pyridoxine can quench reactive oxygen species in vitro, and exogenously applied pyridoxine protects plant cells against singlet oxygen-induced cell death. Plants use pyridoxine as an antioxidant to protect themselves against reactive oxygen species. It functions as a photoprotectant, limiting singlet oxygen accumulation in high light and preventing singlet oxygen-mediated oxidative damage. Thiamine prepares plants against biotic stress through upregulation of PR genes and salicylic acid (SA). Thiamine also has a positive effect against abiotic stress through abscisic acid (ABA). Glutamine is used directly for metabolism to support plant growth and development. Internal glutamine and nitrogen status influence gene expression in the nucleus.
